If you use the Complaint Log to track complaints from your customers, you can link complaints to specific Doctors or Orders. Follow the steps below to link complaints.
Linking Complaints to Orders or Doctors:
- Log into VisualDLP then from the Dashboard, click on the Order Management Module.
- From the menu on the left, Click on Orders then Complaint Log
- Click the Add New
- Search for the Doctor, Account or Order you want to link the complaint to. Note: if you search for an order the complaint will automatically link to the correct doctor and account.
- Enter the complaint description
